In the summer you live right above Draklanda which is a landing place for paragliders but also a great place for beach hangouts or kitesurfing launches. The house is inspired by classic Jämtland farms and is located on the first floor facing Åresjön and Renfjället, perfect location for you who want to live in a quiet area but still close to the ski slope, just west of the arena area. The apartment has a bright, open floor plan with fully equipped and modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge and freezer. Large sofa in living room with flat screen TV, large windows with great views of lake and mountains. The accommodation has a large furnished balcony in an undisturbed and secluded south facing position. The sauna is large enough for everyone in the apartment and invites to relaxed moments after a day full of activities.
