If the accident happens..
We at Åre Travel strive for you as a guest to arrive at a perfect accommodation without faults and shortcomings. But sometimes it happens that something breaks that we don’t have time to fix before your arrival. On exchange days, we only have between 10 am and 4 pm to fix.
Notify us immediately!
If something is broken upon your arrival, or if you happen to break something yourself (this happens) – notify us immediately! The date you notify us is the date we set as the damage date. It is important that we find out as soon as possible, that way we can fix errors that occur in time, both for your sake and for the guest after.
Sometimes you need to replace what is broken during your stay
Should we discover errors during the inspection that were not there before, you may be liable for compensation, so report the errors you discover immediately upon arrival.< /p>
