- BEDDING is mandatory, don’t forget to bring or rent from us. Our quality sheets cost SEK 225 per set, this is ordered from us. Each opened bag is charged.
- PARKING must be booked in advance, and costs SEK 149 /night. If you book on site in Åre, the price is SEK 150/night.
Some accommodation has parking at the accommodation subject to availability.

BED LINEN & TOWELS
All beds have a pillow, mattress and duvet. It is MANDATORY to use bed linen, either you rent bed linen from us or bring your own sets.
(Choose 1 set per person, regardless of whether the bed sheet works for a double bed)
Son Godare = hotel-quality bed linen 1 duvet cover, 1 pillowcase, 1 undersheet for a double bed + 2 towels.
There is a shortage of parking spaces in Are. If you come by car, we recommend that you book parking in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee more than 1 parking space per apartment. Parking is cheapest to book in advance. If you book on the spot in Åre, the price is SEK 150/night.
For accommodation at Mitt i Åre 1 (apartment 611, 614 and 632) you must book directly with AIMO PARK, choose Mitt i Åre 1.
It is not possible to book on the same day!

DEPARTURE CLEANING
On the day of departure, your accommodation should be cleaned to the same condition as it was upon arrival. It is possible to purchase final cleaning from us. If you have booked through certain channels, final cleaning may already be arranged. Even if you book final cleaning, the following must be done upon departure:
– Load the dishwasher and run it on a short program – the sink should be free of dishes upon departure
– Dispose of trash and remove bottles and cans
– Remove any rented bed linens and place them in the hallway
It is allowed to be as many people as there are beds in the apartment, at no extra cost. Small children can sleep for free in their parents’ bed.

EARLY OR LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in and check-out times are stated in your booking confirmation. Unfortunately, we can never guarantee an early or late check-out because we have to ensure that there is time to prepare for the next guest. As soon as an accommodation has been viewed, you will receive an SMS from us. We offer plenty of luggage storage, see below:
We offer luggage storage if needed at various locations in Åre village. Instructions and codes will be sent if you request it. Please specify needs under “additional information”
