Welcome to your apartment, which features a hot tub on the balcony. Please read the instructions before you use them to make sure you have a safe and pleasant experience. The hot tub code will be sent to you after you confirm that you have read the instructions.
Important Information
All bathers must shower before use and remove makeup, soap, and perfume.
Avoid submerging your head in the water, as hair and other products can deteriorate water quality.
The water temperature is set to 38°C and is recommended for adults. However, individuals with heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, pregnancy, or medication should consult a doctor before use.
The hot tub must not be used by infants or young children in diapers.
Do not use electronic devices near the hot tub.
The blue chlorine dispenser should be temporarily removed during use and replaced afterwards.
Reporting issues
It is important to report any irregularities to Åre Travel if:
The water appears cloudy or unpleasant.
Food, drinks, or other items fall into the tub.
If faeces or vomit enters the tub, it must not be used and should be reported immediately.
Maintenance and inspections
To ensure water quality, Åre Byservice performs mandatory inspections of the hot tub twice per week (Sundays and Thursdays).
Inspections take place during daytime hours, and we need access to the hot tub. If you would like us to notify you before visits, please let us know.
How to use the Hot tub
Open the cover and prepare the tub.
All bathers must shower beforehand and remove makeup, soap, and perfume.
Use the electronic control panel located at the edge of the tub to adjust bubbles and lighting.
Do not force the cover closed. Use the red lever on the left side to carefully pull the cover over.
The thermal cover must always be closed when the tub is not in use.
Out of respect for other guests, the hot tub must not be used after 11:00 PM.
Information on Bacteria and Hygiene
To prevent bacteria from developing in the hot tub, it is crucial to follow these instructions. Incorrect use can negatively affect water quality. Legionella and Pseudomonas aeruginosa are two bacteria that can thrive in improperly maintained hot tubs and may cause skin irritation and ear infections.
IMPORTANT
If anything has been added to the hot tub (tobacco, liquid, food, dirt, bodily fluids), you must inform us at +46 647 88488, and the tub must not be used until it has been cleaned for your safety.
As we change the water between each guest, we cannot guarantee availability for the first 36 hours of your stay.
