Conference in Åre Tottbacken
At Tottbacken/Peak Performance Mountain House and Tottvillan, we have accommodation for up to 40 people. In the Peak Performance Mountain House there are fine conference rooms that are fully equipped for professional meetings. With the houses’ unique locations, you can take full advantage of the time, a leg-stretching break can even mean a couple of nice runs on the slopes outside, the accommodation and conference room are just ski in/ski out from Tottliften. In the summer, we recommend the hiking trails that go right next to the houses.

Lounge
Breakfast and coffee are served as a buffet in our pleasant lounge on floor 4 (conference room on floor 2), there are both stairs and an elevator in between.
The lounge can also be advantageously used for conversations in smaller groups.

- Up to 30 people in theater style
We also encourage more innovative meeting types and can adapt to your wishes. For example, we have a terrace outside the conference room, which can be used in beautiful weather. Why not build a bar in snow and have a playful activity with a sled race on the slope? * most things are possible.
Ski storage
If your group comes straight from the ski slope, we provide warm ski storage where the boots can be kept warm during your conference. Guests are offered slippers. A more perfect conference room for a ski-in/ski-out meeting cannot be found.

Much of the time spent at a conference takes place during meals, a long breakfast before skiing, a leisurely brunch between activities or a wine tasting dinner with your own chef and sommelier. Here is plenty of room for all kinds of meals and socializing.

Tottbacken offers a fantastic view over the whole of Åre with lake, mountains and sunset. Step out onto the balcony, take a dip in the hot tub or sit in front of the fire and enjoy all the beauty that Jämtland’s nature has to offer, a conference in the mountains couldn’t be better, regardless of the season.

If you don’t want to cook yourself, we can of course make sure that everything is served. Just the way you want it. Either we deliver food bags for communal cooking in your well-equipped kitchen, or we let one of Åre’s renowned chefs deliver meals for you.
